Spring Show

I am not sure why I was so happy to see a tulip trying to bloom in New York. Perhaps it is the fact that this lone flower, all by itself, was trying to cheer on springtime. I want to know what color will appear.

I can't have tulips in my yard because the deer eat them. Blooming flowers represent hope and beauty and the cycle of life. An indoor plant is uplifting too, although it's not the same as seeing blooming color spreading outside. I remember appreciating the brave, white, snowdrops appearing through the snow in CT. Nothing stopped them.

Soon I'll cut and bring white daffodils inside. I like the frilly white ones better than the yellow. The peonies come next...I love spring.

"Blooming flowers represent hope and beauty and the cycle of life." I think that's why I stopped to snap pics of the crocuses yesterday. They are small, but full of hope and I love their brilliant color. Yay to flowers cheering on spring.

I like the idea of flowers cheering on spring. The frilly white daffodils sound so pretty.

Flowers are a joy. I live in South India, and we do not have any winter. There are flowers throughout the year, but some flowers are seasonal.
