I forgot about the fascination with snow until I saw three sweet children descend upon a small patch in a shaded corner. There was no snow anywhere else. This one protected area of the playground harbored enough to keep the girls happy with sticks and stomping and smashing. Perfect amount for me too. Safe and contained. I prefer spring daffodils.
I love how, no matter what size, kids will get so excited for snow. It is one of the things that makes being a kid magic!
